This coastal cottage is warm & welcoming offering you all your basic needs. Large deck for stargazing, large enclosed yard for your pet to roam free. A great location to see the sun setting all year round. A small open plan living, full kitchen, laundry facilities & a small bathroom with a shower over the bath. Only a 10 minute drive from the 12 apostles and a 200 metre walk to Port Campbell Bay and town centre. Ocean View Getaway offers you an affordable & comfortable retreat for your escape!!
HOUSE IS UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP, BUT SAME MANAGEMENT COMPANY.
This cottage is an old farm house moved closer to the coast. The accommodation is kept clean and fresh, however it is a budget stay cottage. The bathroom consists of a bath with the shower over the top, one toilet & basin and washing machine and sink. The shower can leak onto the bathroom floor, we supply extra linen and mop for cleaning.
One room has a queen bed and a glass sliding door that enters the surrounding deck, take pleasure from your room with the back yard view. The second room has a bunk bed with a double at the bottom and a single on the top.
The house heats great during winter and cools during summer, the many windows mean the afternoon sun warms the house up nicely.
The lounge is fitted with a large smart TV for you to stream your own accounts.
The house is pet friendly, the large yard is fully enclosed with gates.
