Summary: Ocean Royale is located very close to Broadbeach’s restaurants and bars and minutes from the beach. Our room had a wonderful sea view. The outside pool and barbecue area was clean and attractive. Disappointingly the room, although relatively clean, was in desperate need of refurbishment. For example there was an unfinished repair in the kitchen, multiple holes in the carpet, the heat pump installation was poorly finished and the ranch sliders were so old they were difficult to secure.
