Ocean 12 is a newly built excutive home in the quiet coastal village of Kilcunda, boasting sensational coastal and countryside views of the South Gippsland region. Impeccably styled, this two-storey home has four bedrooms & multiple living spaces to suit families and friends. Kilcunda is the closest ocean beach to Melbourne, yet only 10 minutes to Phillip Island. It is a well equipped family home just a short stroll to the beach, including Shelley's beach, the Ocean View Hotel and General Store.
Upstairs is an open-plan living area with large windows to make the most of the stunning view of the Bass coastline and the surrounding countryside. There is a SMART TV, large plush sofa, and a spacious kitchen and dining area.
The balcony has a plumbed BBQ and plenty of comfortable seating so you can sit back and enjoy the majestic sunsets.
You’ll find the kitchen is extremely well equipped, with everything you need for your stay, including basic pantry items and a coffee pod machine. Preparing meals in this space with the expansive views is nothing short of enjoyable.
The master bedroom is situated upstairs and has a sumptuous king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite with a free-standing bath.
Downstairs is another living area, the main bathroom and three bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a super-king size bed, giving you the flexibility of configuring the room with two king single beds or one king bed (please advise at time of booking how you would like the room configured for your stay). Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have queen-size beds.
All bedding is supplied. Our linen and doona covers are hotel quality. Bath towels are also provided, just BYO beach towels.
This is a quality property built with love and attention to detail, ready for you to come and relax and enjoy all that the area has to offer. Note that landscaping is currently in progress, with new small plantings alongside our much loved palm tree, Robert!
We understand fur babies are an integral part of many families, however, please speak with us if you’d like to bring your furbaby to Ocean 12 - we will try to accommodate your request.
Nearby, the Killy Pub offers premium quality meals overlooking the ocean. The Kilcunda General Store/Café, next door to the pub, has basic grocery items, organic take-away food, and a dine-in café. The George Bass Coastal Walk offers a delightful walk to either San Remo or Wonthaggi.
