The queen bedroom offers a tranquil retreat, while the second bedroom features two king singles that can be combined into a king-sized bed, catering to various sleeping arrangements. The main bathroom, conveniently located between these bedrooms, includes a spacious walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet.
The open-plan living area is designed for relaxation and entertainment. Sink into new leather couches while enjoying the warmth of the wood fire (please bring your own wood), or cool off with the R/C aircon. The Smart TV to ensures endless entertainment for movie nights. The living area seamlessly connects to the dining space, featuring a Rennai gas heater, a dining table for six, and three bar stools at the kitchen bench.

CAN YOU BRING PETS: YES, we love Fur Babies! Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome at no additional cost. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Please bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. Please do not allow them to go on the furniture.
FIREPLACE: Wood is not supplied for the fireplace, please bring your own. There is a Rennai gas heater plus R/C air conditioners in the living area and all bedrooms.
PARKING: Monrepos is on the corner of Old Geelong Road and Fellows Road – carparking is on the Old Geelong Road side of the house, it is off street and there is parking for 2 cars.
