Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It’s close to Canberra centre, shops and restaurants. It has free parking provided.

Negative: The underground parking is very poorly structured. 3 levels parkings but not a single sign marked on the floor to show exit nor entry. Although the instruction guide is “comprehensive”, on the check-in day, we still spent 45 minutes to locate where our parking spot was. You cannot rely on the number sequence to locate your spot, it’s random! No arrow to where you are supposed to turn, so you would end up in a dead end easily and then u-turn out. The room structure is not ideal too. We booked 3 bed room apartment, one room had no windows and two rooms with no air cons. Only the master room and the living room had air cons. The check in and check out process was no face to face to a staff, and the cleaner returned the key 15minutes later than our arrival. We had 4 adults stayed in the property, only one key which was super hard to navigate activities. No clean up during your stay, that’s fine but the garbage clusters area located next to the lifts, were filled with piled rubbishes, just disgusting.
