The Apartment
This fully furnished ground floor 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom apartment sleeps 4 guests comfortably (and is disability friendly). 2 Secure parking bays (which one of them is a disability bay)
The master bedroom offers a king size bed, Tv, Air-conditioner, walk in wardrobe and ensuite with bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, built in wardrobe and is located next to the 2nd bathroom with shower.
The living area with large dining table, sofa’s, Tv and Air-conditioner opens to the back terrace with canal glimpse and access to your jetty and the resort facilities.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cook top and oven plus a microwave, plates, and utensils. There is also a separate laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer. All linens are provided including bath towels. All you need to bring is your pool towels.
If you are bringing your own boat the unit comes with its own allocated jetty which takes a 5 meter boat with comfort and if you come with something a little bigger it is possible to tie up your boat at a unoccupied neighbouring jetty with consent from the owner.
Mandurah
Mandurah was the first to introduce canals in W.A. and is still famous for its crabbing season and the annual crab festival. Known to have some of the finest waterways in Australia with fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking and beach activities in abundance, you know you are about to have an outstanding holiday.
