Positive: Nice big house with great facilities.

Negative: Even though we booked through Booking.com we had to pay a $1000 security deposit directly to the accommodation managers which was taken from our credit car 10 days before arrival and credited back 7 days after departure. We also had to pick up the key at Nelson Bay.

Summary: A great house with great facilities in a great location.
