This bright and spacious family home overlooks the scenic Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course—just steps away from the fairway. An open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for your holiday catering, complemented by a stylish dining area for formal meals. Dine alfresco on the patio while taking in the golf course views, or enjoy a relaxed evening in the living area by the fire crackling. The garden is brimming with backyard games, including a ping pong table, dart board, kayaks, Jenga and Connect Four, while a cosy kids’ retreat with games and books ensures fun for the whole family.
Four bedrooms guarantee a comfortable night's sleep, each equipped with clothing storage and split-system cooling. The oversized primary suite features a king-sized bed, ensuite with spa bath, his-and-hers sinks, and a private courtyard. Three additional bedrooms provide restful stays: two with queen-sized beds and one bunk bedroom with king-singles, comfortable for both adults and kids. A family bathroom with a bath, separate shower, and a convenient laundry complete the layout.
Ample parking is provided on the driveway. Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
