The most important thing I wish the tenants can be aware of is the noise issue. This house is located in a local quiet neighbourhood area. Most of our neighbours have old people or children. Our neighbours are very friendly, but they will particularly care about the problem of noise. I hope all the tenants can respect our neighbours. Please act like you in your own home. If I receive any complaint from our neighbours, I will not refund any security deposit back. Please understand that!
