THE SPACE
Originally built in 1969, this cherished family home blends timeless charm with modern luxury. Step inside and be greeted by a magnificent, handcrafted staircase—a rare gem meticulously crafted from local Tuart wood. In the main lounge, gather your group of 10+ around the beautiful stone fireplace for a cozy evening.
The home is stylishly appointed with luxury fittings, new furniture, and stunning original paintings from local and Australian artists. The heart of the home is the large, well-appointed chef's kitchen, complete with a luxury family fridge offering plumbed-in ice and water.
With three separate lounge areas, there's ample space for everyone to relax. Enjoy movie nights on the large-screen TV with a Bluetooth sound system, or challenge friends and family to a game on the pool table or arcade machine. Fast Starlink Wi-Fi and a wide array of streaming apps are included for your entertainment.
This spacious retreat comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests:
* 5 full-size bedrooms accommodate up to 10 guests.
* A separate lounge can be transformed into a private 6th bedroom with a queen sofa bed, its own entrance, and an adjacent bathroom, sleeping 2 additional guests.
Outside, you'll find a large front garden, a spacious rear verandah perfect for watching the sunset, and an additional decking area—multiple spots to relax and dine al fresco.
Need more space? "By The Bay's Little Sister," a luxury tiny home for 4 guests, is located at the rear of the property. Inquire about booking both for a large, connected getaway.
GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the entire main house. The only areas that are off-limits are a private storage room and the garage to the side of the house.

Our home is nestled in a quiet, secluded area of West Busselton, Western Australia. You are just 80 meters from a beautiful, peaceful stretch of Geographe Bay beach, offering the perfect waterfront escape.
HOUSE RULES
To ensure a peaceful stay for you and our neighbors, we adhere to the following rules:
* A strict no-party policy is in effect.
* Day visitors are welcome, but unregistered guests are not permitted on the premises after 10 PM.
* Please inform us in advance if you are planning a formal gathering or event so we can align on expectations.
* Any unauthorized party may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
* No pets are allowed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
* **Sleeping Capacity & Fees:** The base rate includes up to 8 guests. An additional fee of $50 per person, per night applies for any guests beyond this number. For groups larger than 12, we have an additional room that can sleep 2 adults or up to 4 children (for a total of 16 guests). Please contact us to confirm availability for this room before booking.
* **Child Safety:** Due to the design of our charming staircase and upper landing, children must be supervised by an adult at all times in this area. We can provide protective coverings for the banisters upon request, but we cannot accept liability for accidents involving unsupervised children.
* **Included For Your Stay:** We provide complimentary use of beach equipment, kayaks, bikes, tea, coffee, a coffee machine, and basic pantry essentials. Shower gel, toilet paper, and bathroom towels are also supplied.
* **Entertainment:** Your stay includes complimentary fast Wi-Fi and access to streaming apps such as Foxtel, Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, BritBox, and Prime Video.
* **Schoolies Week (Nov 21 - Dec 1):** Bookings during this period require photo ID for all guests. We reserve the right to decline entry if ID requirements are not met or if the booking is deemed high-risk.
* **Same-Day Bookings:** For bookings made after 10 am, we cannot guarantee check-in before 5 pm, though we will do our best to accommodate a 2 pm check-in.
