Also on this level there is a huge master designed fully equipped kitchen which seamlessly flows into the spacious combined lounge and dining area with floor to ceiling glass windows and doors that leads out to an enormous deck where you can sit and enjoy the most spectacular uninterrupted views of the Coral Sea and the Whitsunday islands.
On the lower level you will find another self-contained massive bedroom with ensuite and family sitting/games room which opens out to the crystal-clear pool and another outdoor BBQ and entertaining area for all to enjoy.
The property also boasts a media room and study zone, ducted air conditioning throughout, beautifully manicured lawns and a massive fully fenced yard with kids cubby house. There are also plenty of indoor activities to keep both the adults and kids occupied including a large selection of books, DVDs and some fun board games too. There is no shortage of parking with a double lockup garage and extra parking bays for the boat, jetski trailer and other toys.
Botanica Breezes is perfectly located, only 5 minutes drive to the famous Northerlies Beach Bar and Grill in one direction and the heart of Airlie Beach in the other where you can enjoy the Lagoon Pool, specialty shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and Airlie's famous night life.
