As you’d expect, relaxation is plentiful in both homes. There’s a resort-style pool, lush gardens, 5 bedrooms in total, and a seamless flow from the serene interior to multiple outdoor living zones.
Towering palm trees surround the two sublime tropical two-level villas, giving you a sense of seclusion and tranquility. Behind the oversized entrance with stone surround, you’ll discover the laid-back and tropical vibe continues in the first villa. Greenery and dramatic tribal artwork can be seen throughout the two levels. While high ceilings, a monochromatic black and white scheme with natural accents make the ground level a light-filled sanctuary.
Gather around as you cook and entertain with ease in the generous modern kitchen, informal dining, and sitting area. Step down to a captivating lounge area where comfort is high, as is the level of coziness as you have a fireplace and oversized modular lounge. There’s also another dining area which has a more formal feel and incorporates the use of natural materials. Bi-fold doors open from these areas bringing in theluxurious tropical oasis that awaits outside. Unwind and rejuvenate out here with the stunning pool, dining setting, tropical plantings, and nooks for reading and relaxation.
The verdant view is captured in each of the bedrooms and even the bathrooms. A king bed sits in the main bedroom while a spa-like experience is on offer in the ensuite. Two other bedrooms have queen beds and ensuites. There’s no limit to the luxurious additions in this oasis. A truly textural tropical escape can be found in the impressive converted garage which houses a self-contained space with a living, kitchenette, queen bedroom, and ensuite.
Stepping over to Villa Two, the light and airy design continues as does the calming colour palette. There are two well-designed levels and the leafy surrounds can be seen from each space. A wall of glazing borders the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen and opens to an inviting patio. You also have two queen bedrooms and a bathroom.
THE AREA
Make the most of this idyllic location and get an early start to your day. Take a walk to Cape Byron Lighthouse or a casual stroll or swim at Wategos Beach. There are also various watersports on offer, including surfing. For the more adventurous, a long walk into the Byron Bay town centre is a must, but if you opt for the car, it’s a ten-minute drive. When it’s time for a break, there are fabulous cafes and bars nearby and you’re only 25 metres from the famous Rae’s on Wategos. There’s also plenty to see and do in the hinterland region.
BYRON SHIRE NOISE RESTRICTIONS
All of our Byron Bay houses have firm no-party policies with no additional guests allowed to visit the house at any time. Sound travels to the neighbours easily and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day and no music or outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 10 pm.
Receiving a noise complaint will result in a bond deduction if Quiet Hotline Security is called to the house and they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to the neighbourhood. These fines from the local Quiet Hotline Security can occur at any time from 6 pm – 6 am and are $165 each time plus a $55 processing fee. Multiple noise complaints may result in being asked to vacate immediately with no refund of the remaining tariff or bond.
Sorry to be so strict but noise levels are a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
A $10,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.
