Our architecturally designed accommodation has been custom-built to create a first-class retreat in the heart of Dunsborough.
Just a short stroll from the town’s vibrant café and boutique shopping scene and the picturesque beaches of Dunn Bay, Melo Studios offers a blissful and beautiful base to relax and reset.

Purposefully designed for short-stay travellers, we have personally selected only the best locally-sourced products to ensure your stay is unforgettable.
Our studio has two bedrooms, each with king size beds and MicroCloud bedding, for the perfect night’s rest.
There are also two bathrooms, with a luxurious bath in the master ensuites, complete with bubble bath, locally-made lush truffle bath bombs and oil-infused body care products by Leif for the ultimate in relaxation and self-care.
Each studio has been designed to accommodate two couples or a family, or for a memorable group holiday, secure both studios as a base to explore this world-class region.
Note: We are currently not hosting Leavers at this time.
We have two studios on the property each with its own private entry and courtyard. Guests have exclusive access to their studio.
