Summary: We asked for a single bed to be added to the room, which it was. However, it was placed directly in front of the air conditioner which needed to be on as it was very warm on both days of our stay. It was the only air conditioner and there was nothing in the bedroom. In the bathroom there was only 1 roll of toilet paper supplied which did not last 2 days. The grout between the tiles in the shower needed a good scrub to remove mould. The plug for the kitchen sink did not fit the plug hole. The door handle to the balcony was loose. The carpet in the lounge room had not been vacuumed properly and was evident when I moved the single bed. Generally, the room was very tired and neglected. The hotel was supposed to be manned from 10.00 AM but on both days there was nobody there at 10.00. The shower tile
