Positive: The unit itself is modern, clean, and well priced, and on the surface it appears to be well maintained.

Negative: However, there was intermittent hot water during my stay due to a gas issue. As I arrived very late on the first night and spent most of the following day out exploring, I only discovered the problem later in the evening before my departure. While the host later stated that the timing limited their ability to resolve the issue, access to hot water is a basic amenity that should be reliable regardless of when a guest reports it. The issue was not resolved during my stay, and my experience was later dismissed rather than acknowledged. The property has potential, but this stay fell short due to the lack of a core amenity and how the situation was handled afterward.

Summary: No hot water and lack of accountability overshadowed an otherwise nice stay.
