There are four bedrooms, two with king beds and ensuites and one queen and one double bedroom that share a full bathroom. Three large living areas, each with open fireplaces provide ample space for relaxation and there is enough room in the rear living space overlooking the garden and Macedon Ranges for yoga. The light-filled kitchen, pantry and dining area is a beautiful space to sit looking over the English-style garden, resident alpacas and hills beyond. Everything is provided for cooking and hosting at your home away from home. The two ensuite bathrooms have walk-in showers and the full bathroom comes with a claw foot bath. Outside there is a lovely manicured garden to experience along with vegetable plots, chickens and a 15-metre swimming pool.
Guests have private access to the entire house, pool and garden surroundings. Flophouse provides a map of the property to show which parts of the 40-acre estate are accessible. There is livestock on the property that is kept separate from guests but makes the property unsuitable for dogs. Due to the pool and dams on the property, the house is not suitable for children under twelve. Flophouse is available to assist with any queries during your stay and the owners are not far away in any emergency. Otherwise, guests are free to enjoy the villa as if it were their own.
