Enjoy exploring the lake on one of our 3 kayaks, or bring your own boat, the easy waterfront access allows you to moor your own boat in the water or at the foot of the property and come and go as you please.
Sit with your favourite beverage and take in the stunning views from Kookabanas decking or from many vantage points through the living areas.
The house itself:
The large upstairs open plan living area leads on to our decking, open the bifold doors and let the outside inside, as you enjoy lakeside living.
A modern natural light filled kitchen, has all you need for that quick holiday meal or a relaxed dinner party overlooking the water.
Bring along your Nespresso pods and enjoy a coffee as you sit in the deck and take in the tranquillity of the peaceful surrounds.
Our upstairs bedrooms are each large and comfortable enabling a peaceful rest and place of respite.
Our upstairs bathroom and separate WC are modern and recently renovated.
Down the spiral staircase to our large rumpus room, perfect for holiday movies, or a game on the house PS4 or bring along your favorite games consol and take in the lake views as you unwind on your chosen game.
A selection of board games is also available for your holiday fun!
2 more bedrooms are located on the bottom level. The bunk room is perfect for a cousins sleep over and our 4th queen bedroom resides here.

Downstairs bathroom, and laundry is as originally decorated and reminds us of the simpler things in life. It’s clean, it’s functional and the water is hot!
