The Space:

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Two double bedrooms, lounge room, bathroom, kitchen, front and rear gardens. There is one locked room not in guest use containing owners personal storage.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
Annandale is a quiet residential heritage neighbourhood with a village feel only 10 minutes from the CBD. It is filled with historical architecture including the famous 'Abbey' and 'Witches Hat' mansions. The Blackwattle Bay foreshore is footsteps away with Harbourside walks all the way around to the Sydney Fish Markets.
The heart of Annandale village is a 10-15 minute walk where you are spoiled for choice with cafes, restaurants and pubs, and take-away options for Thai, fish and chips and pizza. There are two chemists, several small supermarkets, a local-style hardware store and a service station. Just a five minute walk along the street from the property is a vintage-chic brunch café with friendly staff and exquisite coffee.
Getting Around:
Annandale is located just 5 kilometres west of the Sydney central business district. The property is in North Annandale just footsteps from the Rozelle Bay light rail stop on Rozelle Bay, which is on Sydney Harbour.
There is free street parking in some of the surrounding side streets, check zones. The light rail runs approximately every 10 minutes into the city to Circular Quay and Central stations. Annandale is connected by rail to the domestic and international airports via Central station. Direct bus connections from Annandale to the city include the 433 and 470 routes. For the coast, the 370 route runs directly from Annandale to Coogee.
The average journey time between Annandale and Sydney Airport (SYD) is around 35 minutes by road or light rail + train.
