As the property is in a residential area, we have a strict 'No parties or Events' policy and ask that all guests respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly at night.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property except the cupboards in the laundry. These are locked and not for guests to use.

Limited amounts of essential items such as dishwashing liquid/tablets, laundry powder, toilet paper and the like have been provided. The kitchen contains basic items for guests (tea, coffee, sugar, cling wrap etc.) usually enough for a 2-night stay. Milk/coffee pods are not supplied as everyone's preferences are different. During your stay, these will not be replenished, if you require more of these items you will have to purchase them.
**No pool/beach towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own.
