Designated visitor parking and access across the grass via a few steps lead to the outdoor deck area and entry into the Studio.

The Studio is double brick constructed and double glazed/louvre windows keep it cool in summer and warm in winter. The Studio captures and stores its own rainwater and all grey/waste water is recycled for use on our fruit trees.
Private deck area overlooks lawn, national park and nature reserve-a nice spot to sit and see a kangaroo at dusk or hear the birds and Injidup waves. Bush tracks lead to Injidup Beach and Natural Spa and Cape to Cape Walk Track is easily accessible.
Perfect location for guests attending weddings at the nearby wineries or travellers new to the area wanting a peaceful rural coastal base to explore.
There are many wonderful eating options in the surrounding area, Swings & Roundabouts Winery is just down the road (great pizza), Caves House a short 5minute drive away or take a further drive and explore the many great places in the Dunsborough or Margaret River region.
The Studio is attached at the ocean side of the main house, has its own entrance and is entirely self-contained and private. If a quiet, tranquil time away is what you are looking for, this is the place for you. We won't bother you during your stay but are always available for advice or help.
Please note the Studio and property is non-smoking including vaping, additional visitors are not permitted-the Studio is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and cooking is not permitted in the Studio or on the outside table & deck area (reheating food only in the provided microwave). The swimming pool on the property is not for guest use.
