You will have full use of a three bedroom, two bathroom character-filled house in a centrally located position.

Inside the home
Each bedroom has reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort.

The master bedroom is spacious, with a comfortable queen bed, cotton sheets and Belgian linen doona covers. This room has a large ensuite and walk in robe attached.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms feature good sized bedside tables with storage and lamps, as well as dimmable ceiling lights.

All linen and towels are professionally laundered.

The lounge is furnished with comfortable leather sofas, and the television is equipped with a sound bar and subwoofer and Fetch TV (full entertainment package including sports, lifestyle, entertainment and kids' channels). You can also stream your own content via Wi-Fi to the television via Fetch or directly to the smart TV.

You will have access to unlimited high speed NBN with Wi-Fi accessible across the property.

There is a gas fireplace the living area, which is both beautiful and provides additional heating. This area is also air-conditioned for cooling.

The spacious dining area is stylishly furnished with a porcelain dining table and velvet chairs.

A dedicated study area is available for your use, with a USB-C docking station and 27-inch monitor to make working from the property comfortable and easy.

The family bathroom is spacious and features a claw foot bath and separate shower. There is a washing machine in this room for your use, as well as a rail to hang clothes to dry inside and a clothesline outside for bigger loads.

The bright cottage-style kitchen opens onto the private rear garden and courtyard. It's well equipped with a Smeg gas stove and electric oven, Miele dishwasher, a Fisher & Paykel fridge/freezer and many small appliances including toaster, kettle and sandwich maker. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine and pods available for your use.

Outside the home
The beautiful main entry is protected by a digital lock so there are no keys needed for you to manage.

The rear courtyard is furnished with a comfortable outdoor dining table and chairs and has a built-in gas BBQ available for your use. There is a tranquil fishpond and water feature, and the garden is surrounded by well-established and cared for plants. The area is lit by gorgeous cafe lights, and is a beautiful, private area.

There is off-street parking for two cars; a single secure carport suitable only for small cars, and a driveway on which a larger car can be parked. We can also arrange street-parking permits for additional cars, subject to the availability of street parking (we will need licence plate details in advance to arrange this).

You will have access to the entire property.

We live nearby and will ordinarily be available for communication during your stay.

The property is located within easy walking distance of plentiful cafes, restaurants, take away venues and bars. We could not even begin to list all of the neighbourhood highlights!

We particularly love that the Astor Theatre and popular new venue the Beaufort are both located within 400 metres of the property, and that the Elford (formerly the Flying Scotsman) is even closer. The divine dessert bar, Cafe Guilty Pleasures, is around the corner, as are Clarences, Presotea, Modus Coffee and Veggie Mama. One of our favourite French restaurants, Le Rebelle, is just up the road.

Forrest Park is at the end of the street, and beautiful and historic Hyde Park is 1km away. There are also numerous pilate and yoga studios in the vicinity, for those keen on staying fit during their stay!

The Mount Lawley Train Station is approximately 1.2km away, connects to the airport in one direction, and Perth city in the other. There are also bus stops within 50m with buses stopping every few minutes throughout the day, which provide access to Perth city.

if you like to walk, the Perth cultural precinct is a leisurely 25 minute walk straight down Beaufort street and the CBD is only a few minutes further.
