This stylish place to stay is perfect for a short or long stay, with everything you need to call it home for your stay. This is a fully furnished self contained Granny Flat with fully equipped kitchen and laundry located in the beautiful Caringbah South, close to beaches, cafes and shopping. The space is incredible and you feel at home with your own yard and private space. There is extra space for little people and we can accommodate special requests to suit your stay
The space
The flat is large and presents beautifully. It has one main bedroom with queen bedroom and one single bed for a 3rd person. If you have extra little people or babies please let us know and we can help accommodate.
The outdoor space is lovely and perfect for your afternoon vino after a big day at work or play.
The flat is by the pool, the pool is available for use but we ask that if we are using the pool as a family that you wait until it is free. This will mainly be on the weekends so during the week you will have the pool pretty much to yourself.
Extra BED available on request and we will charge a $50 fee for this

Parking is available on the street, sorry we use the drive way but we are at the very quiet end of the peninsula so no issues with parking.
The main entrance is at the back of the flat you have your own front door and access and private yard.
There is a bus at the door stop to Caringbah Station an only 2 stops to Cronulla or one stop to Miranda.
We are super close to Beautiful Cronulla Beach, Shark Park, Burraneer, YMYC Port Hacking, Caringbah, Water Street Boat Ramp and Westfield Miranda (Miranda Fair).
Our favourite very popular cafe Our Father is the perfect place for your morning coffee, or you could enjoy your own at home supplied by us :) Grab a coffee and take the kids the playground.
We are very close to Sydney International Airport and Domestic Airport (25 minutes). We use Uber but can also recommend a driver if you require.
There is access to the water at the end of the street and beautiful place to walk around the neighbourhood.
Other things to note
The flat includes tea, coffee and basic pantry items.
We have beach equipment available just ask KA when booking and let us know your plans and we can provide these for you. The room includes beach towels, yoga mats.
We have included games, cards for your stay. if you have young children and need entertainment please let us know on booking and we will make sure they are age appropriate for you.
There is a few books available and we are hoping for our guests to build a nice little library of books as they stay :)
