This is an amazing property with breath-taking views built on top of a hill above the main Koundouros beach where you can see the sunrise and the sunset. The house is both traditional and stylish with floors made of the traditional Cycladic tsimentokonia and outdoors environment built with rocks in a way that makes it to blend in with the environment of the island.

The outdoor area is surrounded by three big verandas with amazing view of the blue Aegean Sea. There are plenty of sitting areas and a dining table ready for lunches or dinners with the sunset.
Main house
The inside of the house includes on the top floor an open space kitchen-living room area where you can dine or relax while having unique sea view. Going on the ground floor through a tsimentokonia stairway we will find two bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom. There is also another sitting area where you can transform into a third bedroom with a stylish room divided. There are two bathrooms with shower on the ground floor and one without shower on the top floor.
Studio
There is a newly built suit amazing for two people with open kitchen and tsimentokonia floors just next to the main house with amazing view and nice outdoor area.
