Escape to our charming beach house in Buddina, a perfect retreat for families and friends. This coastal haven accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring two beautiful sunlit bedrooms with built-ins.
Enjoy a restful night with the following sleeping arrangements:

1 Bathroom and separate toilet.

The newly renovated kitchen boasts modern fixtures and fittings, with large bi-fold windows that open out onto the deck and pool area, blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly. Fully equipped with all the equipment needed for cooking as well as modern appliances featuring fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, microwave & more.
Inside, the dining area features an expandable eight-seater table, ideal for gathering around to create precious memories over a delicious meal. Basic condiments provided such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil etc.
Our spacious, light-filled open living areas invite you to relax and entertain. The large deck, complete with an outdoor dining setting, is perfect for family dinners overlooking the sparkling saltwater pool. Two sun lounges provide a tranquil place to unwind and watch the sunset behind the palm trees.
Stay comfortable year-round with reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living area, ensuring cool summers and cozy winters. The bathroom includes a corner bath, a large shower head, and a separate toilet for added convenience. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, internal clothesline, and open shelving space.

There is a separate small cottage on the rear of the property with private access and entry, housing a long-term tenant. It is located on the right-hand side at the back of the property. The driveway is not available for guests, convenient parking is located directly in front of the property.
This accommodation is for residential purposes only. Strictly no schoolies, groups, functions, parties or events of any kind (e.g. bucks parties, hen’s parties, raves, or wedding receptions for example). We reserve the right to decline or cancel reservations that we do not feel comfortable with. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 25. This is a family home.
We do accept pets however would you mind please reading and confirming prior to booking.
