The Space:
Large picture windows create a bright and sun-filled home offers open-plan living, dining and kitchen, which all take advantage of the beautiful views, as well as 3 double bedrooms, all with queen size ensembles built-in wardrobes, the master with en-suite. The well-appointed kitchen has quality appliances. Additional convenience and security are added with an internally accessed remote garage. With an amazing front deck and another more private deck at the side of the house you can chase the sunshine, there is also a fully fenced yard.

There is a beach and play park only 8 minutes drive away from the property (Bellerive Beach Park Playground, 3 Derwent Avenue, Bellerive). There's ample room for kids to play or simply unwind in the sunshine.
There is a small corner store (Howrah Point Store, 78 Howrah Road) that does takeaways and sells groceries. The closest major supermarket is Woolworths Supermarket at the Shoreline Shopping Centre and Hotel, a 5-minute drive from the property. Eastland’s Shopping Centre is the largest Shopping Centre in Tasmania with over 90 stores is only 10-minute drive away.
Getting Around:
To fully experience the best of Hobart and surrounding areas its better to have a vehicle. There is a bus stop right across the road, with a bus service that travels in to the city if you would rather use public transport
