Positive: Fantastic yard and open plan living with views to the water. Couches, beds and seating were comfy! Staff communication cannot be faulted.

Negative: Unusual layout means the ensuite is the only upstairs bathroom/toilet to 8 sleeping positions. Property cleaning could use some improvements with it being clear the couches hadn’t been moved in some time, between the cushions being quite dirty, the wall behind the bed downstairs needing a clean etc. Some of the expected creature comforts were either faulty or missing - ie. body wash pumps not working, only 2 x teabags for our stay, slippery shower tiles due to chemical used. One major issue is the side gate doesn’t stay closed, so make sure you close the front gates unless you want plenty of neighbourly dog visits like we did!

Summary: A comfortable, cosy stay, where the amenities and cleanliness are reflected in the budget pricing
