Hi everyone, thanks very much for looking to book the property we really appreciate it.
We have completely reshaped and relaid the driveway so it’s quite accessible and user friendly.
There are approximately 10mtrs of steps down to the cottage as it sits in a small valley.
The night rate for the cottage is $215, if you book for more than 4 nights the rate is capped at $850 per week, about $120 per night.
For some reason stayz advertise this rate , $120 , as our standard nightly rate. I apologise for the confusion.
Hepburn cottage is a lovely cosy miners cottage nestled into over an acre of quiet bushland. Only a short 400mtr walk from the Hepburn Spa complex and the shops, cafes and restaurants of Hepburn springs, while only 3 Klm's from Daylesford township.
With a wood fire, comfortable and stylish furniture and a newly appointed kitchen and large bbq deck.
This cottage is an excellent place to retreat from the city, wind down and enjoy the sounds of the bush in a practical and welcoming space. Set on over an acre of bushland with access to bush tracks for walks. The property is not fenced.
The kitchen has been recently updated with plenty of room to cook , we also have a bbq on the deck and a fire pit area at the top of the yard steps.
The house has a spa bath , great natural light , is private and secluded yet walking distance to both the spa house and cafes.
Free 4G wifi is available in the Cottage and a Smart TV has been installed.
The road up to the Cottage is gravel and the turn off to the drive way is well marked. Our big old 2 wheel drive has no problem negotiating it all year round. The Cottage does have steps up and down to the front door with a hand rail.
We are not always able to take back to back bookings on the same day, please just ask in an Enquiry if that’s where your dates sit.
The Cottage has no laundry so for stays over a week we offer the discount. A washing machine can be set up under the deck for those staying longer. Just ask and we’ll set it up.
We don’t provide all linen so we ask that you bring bed sheets and towels , we do provide doona covers , tea towels and bath mats,
The sliding door in the bedroom is difficult and needs a bit of energy to move.
