The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, air fryer, rice cooker and coffee machine, plus a walk-in pantry and children’s dinnerware. Gather around the eight-seater dining table under soft natural light or head into the adjoining lounge to enjoy a Smart TV and cosy seating. Split-system air conditioning ensures year-round comfort.
The magic continues in the dedicated kids’ rumpus room. Think cinema-style projector, oversized modular sofa, beanbags, books, games, and a Lego stash—perfect for playtime, winding down, or rainy-day fun. Step outside to a fully fenced, pet-friendly backyard paradise.
