This modern apartment, located on the second floor and reachable on foot, opens onto a bright living room enriched by wooden beams and furnished with a single sofa bed, a dining table with chairs and an open-plan kitchen with an induction hob, well equipped and complete with a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a juicer, an American coffee machine and a toaster. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, each equipped with a queen size bed, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and ensuite bathroom with shower. In addition, from the two rooms, through French windows, guests can access the large terrace (accessible also from the living room) shared with the adjacent apartment, which offers a wonderful lake view.
Comfort as free wi-fi, air conditioning and heating with heat pump are at guests’ disposal.
