This stunning 1970’s beachfront home is arguably one of Encounter Bay’s finest esplanade positions with unbeatable panoramic ocean views taking in The Bluff, Wright Island, Seal Rock and Granite Island.
Located steps to the iconic Yilki Store, the Beach House Cafe and a short walk to Whalers Inn. For boat and fishing lovers, the boat ramp is a short 1 min drive.
Victor Harbor shopping district is a mere 7 min drive or take the bike track along the coast.
Featuring three bedrooms, Master with King bed and smart tv, bedroom 2 with Queen bed and the third bedroom with 2 single beds as well as two trundle beds.
All bedrooms are serviced by two bathrooms; the main bathroom with bath and walk in shower as well as separate toilet, and the second bathroom located off the laundry and offers a walk in shower and second toilet.
A spacious living room features a huge smart tv which connects directly to the complimentary wifi and gives you a chance to relax in front of the electric fire place and watch your favourite Netflix or Stan show. The ocean view out of those expansive windows is also very captivating.
The kitchen is well equipped with all you’ll need to prepare meals and a Nespresso coffee pod machine for that morning cuppa on the front deck while you watch the sunrise.
There is a fully secure rear yard with fire pit, dining table for entertaining and BBQ. Plenty of space for the kids to play and the family fur baby to be securely contained.
One well behaved non shedding dog is welcome on holiday with you. Please let us know if you’re bringing a pet. There is a $75 pet fee payable. Sorry dogs who drop a lot of hair may be allowed but cannot be inside the house at all.
Strictly NO smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Please do not book this house if you or anyone you’re travelling with, are smokers.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
