Inside, the home is designed for year-round comfort with heating and cooling in every bedroom. The living spaces are inviting and well appointed, with two Smart TVs for easy downtime and a practical layout that suits both families and friends. Upstairs you’ll find the main bathroom servicing the bedrooms, while a convenient powder room downstairs adds extra functionality for group stays.
Step outside to enjoy the BBQ area, ideal for casual meals after a day exploring the bay. Driveway parking is available for guests (please note the garage is not available for guest use), making coming and going simple and stress-free.
