The Space:
Ths is situated in the peaceful town of Round Hill, Queensland. Only 6 km out of Agnes Water and near Deepwater National Park, our tiny house greets you with a boardwalk and is surrounded by native Australian bushland.
Get close to nature while strolling at Round Hill Lookout, Joseph Banks Conservation Park, Eurimbula National Park, and Round Hill Creek. See thousands of butterflies at the 1770 Butterfly Walk or join Agnes Blues, Roots and Rock Festival and 1770 Festival celebration.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.
IMPORTANT NOTE: There are two tiny houses on the property. If you’re booking for a group, we have "Bushwalk Escape 1770 and Wilderness Whisper 1770" available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.
Guest Access:
Guests are free to use our BBQ Shelter with accessible BBQ Hotplates and Picnic Tables, our bushland boardwalk with self-guided tour, guests are invited to participate in our evening slideshows about the History of Agnes Water/1770, Bushtucker and Bushmedicine, Shipwrecks, Lilly-Pond with Bird Hide for our bird lovers, firepit and firewood.
