This gorgeous two-storey luxury apartment in central Dunsborough is the ideal base for your next visit to the Margaret River Region.Couples, friends and families will enjoy the proximity to everything on offer. You are just a short stroll to the town's shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants and even closer to the beach which is just 150 metres away! A fantastic children's playground is also located directly across the street.
**Note that potentially noisy building work has commenced on a vacant block next door. This may impact on your stay and therefore the nightly rate has been adjusted accordingly. The construction work is out of our control and anyone booking the apartment must make allowances for this.**
Although it has a main street address, it's set well behind other buildings and is wonderfully buffered from most traffic noise. Its elevated position gives you some precious privacy as well as lovely tree-top views.
You will also love the apartment's spaciousness and the fully equipped kitchen with full-sized fridge, and all the cookware you will need for a convenient self-catering stay. The sheltered patio and gas BBQ are wonderful additions.
If you are attending a wedding or local event and need to hop on a venue bus, you will find that many local bus charter companies offer nearby pick-up and drop-off services.
Also it's only an easy 30min drive from the Busselton Margaret River Airport.
The layout is as follows: the open-plan living and kitchen area, plus balcony and laundry, is on the entry level. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms (with toilets) are located upstairs.
Please note that you must climb external stairs to get to the front door entry level.
