The Space:
These two side-by-side townhouses are offered together as one spacious holiday stay, each featuring the same modern layout, stylish design, and comfortable amenities. Both homes mirror each other in configuration, with the differences being that Townhouse 1 has a double bed in Bedroom 2 and Townhouse 2 includes a trundle bed in Bedroom 3 in addition to the single bed, making it ideal for accommodating an extra child.
On the ground floor, each townhouse welcomes you with a contemporary open-plan space that blends the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Sliding glass doors open onto a private outdoor patio with outdoor seating, creating a smooth indoor–outdoor flow that’s perfect for relaxing or cooking on the BBQ.
Inside, the living area is designed for comfort with two leather sofas, a smart TV, a six-seater dining table, and air-conditioning for year-round comfort. The fully equipped kitchens both include everything you need, such as a fridge/freezer, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle, and toaster. Upstairs, you’ll find the three bedrooms and the main bathroom in each townhouse:
Bedroom 1 (Master): A spacious master suite with a queen bed, built-in wardrobe, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, and sliding doors leading to the front balcony.
Bathroom 1: Newly renovated and appointed with a double vanity, shower, bath, and a separate toilet.
Bedroom 2:
- Townhouse 1: A bright coastal-style room with a double bed, air-conditioning, wardrobe, ceiling fan, and balcony access.
- Townhouse 2: A bright coastal-style room with a queen bed, air-conditioning, wardrobe, ceiling fan, and balcony access.
Bedroom 3:
- Townhouse 1: Single bed, wardrobe cupboard, and ceiling fan, offering space for one child.
- Townhouse 2: Single bed plus a trundle, offering space for two children.
Laundry: Each townhouse also includes a downstairs laundry with a front-loading washing machine, sink, and an additional toilet.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to two side-by-side townhouses, each with its own single garage and private patio area. Additional free street parking is also available in the court.

Positioned roughly halfway between Maroochydore and Noosa Heads, this beachside town is an ideal spot to explore the Sunshine Coast with family and friends. With grassy foreshore areas, family-friendly parks, and calm, sparkling waters, your days in Coolum are destined to be spent making the most of the great outdoors.
Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, which is approximately an 11-minute walk (800m) to David Low Way where the bus can be caught to Coolum Beach, Noosa (northbound) and the Airport, Maroochydore (southbound).

*The townhouses are in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
