The cottage is a stand alone building located at the back of our main house.
Entry is from a separate gated driveway with parking at the back beside the cottage, with an orchard and vegetable/herb garden.
Clothesline and BBQ are shared.
There are a few staples in the cupboard. Starter breakfast will be provided.
The area is relatively quiet.
Local supermarket (IGA), chemist, bottle shop is about 5 min walk.....short walk to the local park.
Public transport is limited. Driving is the best way to get around.
5 min drive to Midland Train and Bus stations and St John of God hospital.
About 15-20 min drive to both domestic/international airports
Approx 20 min to the swan valley, hills and to the city. Close enough to east-west/north-south highways.
As we often work in the gardens we are mindful of your privacy. The windows are tinted except the front door. Guests may have little or no interaction with us, whatever is preferred.
