With a modern kitchen, wood combustion heater, aircon, smeg oven and cooktop, 2 bedrooms with built-in robes, central bathroom with shower rail, Euro-style laundry with front load washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, Coffee Machine ,1 x 55′ Smart TV and 1 x 40’ TV and Wifi Internet and 2 outdoor living areas with outdoor seating and BBQ all for a relaxing holiday.
There are 2 bedrooms (including 1 with a TV), a bathroom and lounge room and dining area. There is ample off street parking with room for a boat, the back garden is fully fenced and has a large grassy area.
The property also features beautiful gardens and a huge backyard with double fencing and gates, there is under cover parking and ample off street parking with room for a boat, the back garden is fully fenced and a 20m track to the popular Cowes beach is right outside the front gate! A hot/cold outdoor shower is installed for rinsing sand off after the beach!
The house is a converted fisherman’s cottage of over 80YO.
