This extraordinary property spans an impressive 55.4 hectares, offering unparalleled privacy and tranquillity.
Approximately 1 km of waterfront along the Coorong National Park, our home is a haven for nature lovers and those seeking a peaceful retreat.
The location
The cottage is nestled behind the dunes, with large gardens at the front and rear and outside eating areas, with a BBQ stocked. Cleared walking paths over the dunes provide access to a bird blind with sweeping views over the Coorong, and folding chairs there give a great place for picnics or an evening drink. Further cleared walks from the cottage stretch back along the paddock edges and into revegetated native Hindmarsh bush land. A family of kangaroos is often in residence and bound away as walkers step into the bush.
The Lounge

A portion of the property is currently under construction, situated at a safe distance from both walking paths and the cottage, and beyond hearing range. There are signs posted to guide visitors on where they should and shouldn't go.
The construction site is on the other side of the dune and cannot be seen from the cottage. Additionally, most of the major construction work is complete, and the project is now at the fitting-out stage. Given the distance, the guest should not expect much sound disturbance. The builders simply drive past the cottage on their way to the main house.
When you walk down to the bird blind on the edge of the Coorong, which is marked on the map as a location worth visiting due to its stunning views, you might see the construction site down the coastline a bit.
