The living area has a 3-seater sofa, and a large screen smart TV, while the dining table seats 6 people. A galley-style kitchen comes with a dishwasher drawer, 4-burner gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave and a coffee maker. There’s also a Fisher & Paykel top-loader washing machine in a cupboard in the corridor, as well as a drying rack (no dryer). A floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door takes you from the living space on to a balcony, offering a table for 4 people, a privacy screen and an awning that can be adjusted to control the sunlight. Back inside the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, both with queen size beds and built-in wardrobes. The bathroom has a roomy shower recess with a glass screen and floor-to-ceiling subway tiling. The building itself offers a shared garden and barbecue facilities.

The apartment comes with a secure undercover parking spot that requires a remote to enter. If you prefer public transport, Melbourne’s iconic trams are a short walk away, taking you into the CBD (Downtown) in about 35 minutes.
