The Space:
Start to feel like the house on Edgewater Close is your home away from home, with its thoughtful furnishings and welcoming atmosphere. Five guests can enjoy their stay near the beach between three beds and two baths.

The primary bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed flanked by bedside tables and lamps. It features an attached ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience. The second bedroom has a cozy double bed accompanied by a bedside table and lamp. Meanwhile, the third bedroom offers a comfortable king-single bed, complete with a functional desk and ergonomic office chair. With split-system air conditioning installed throughout the home, you're guaranteed a restful sleep regardless of the season or time of day.

The primary and ensuite bathrooms feature charcoal tiling and freestanding walk-in glass showers. Guests can enjoy complimentary towels and toiletries for a luxurious experience.

Please note, that the pre-auth hold is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply, but will also be returned after check-out permitting no breaches in policy occur. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. A damage waiver will not be refunded.
