The main bedroom comes complete with a WIR and ensuite as well as its own separate deck area, perfect for a quite place to get away. A further two bedrooms have BIR's and are serviced by a central bathroom and laundry facilities. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and a split system Air Conditioner is located in the main living area.
Set within an attractive native landscape overlooking wetlands, flora and fauna and absorbing a north facing orientation, the property offers an amazing coastal holiday. A spacious north facing roof-top deck offering serene rural vistas across the adjacent farmland plus use of the resorts indoor/outdoor pool, gym and tennis courts.
