Positive: Great location near shopping centre

Negative: Well the first thing that needs to be done is to hire a large skip bin and remove all the clutter from inside and outside the house. If the house was devoid of clutter it would be quite pleasant to stay in. I saw previous feedback from the host saying that it is good value for the area which i agree with , but you still need to provide basic housekeeping services before people arrive. So when I checked in the bed was unmade- the bottom sheet was full of food crumbs and I found a screwdriver as well in the bed. And I agree with other guest comments as to security. The front doors are unlocked which is good and provides easy access but there should be some sort of security code on the front door so only people that have paid for the accommodation can access the house. The host noted in response to feedback there have been no issues for two years- but this is not to say that someone could access the house and commit some sort of offence. I did not see any CCTV cameras anywhere. So this house has good potential if some basic security and healthkeeping services we're organized.
