The property is fully fenced and the land is half an acre in size.
The house consists of four bedrooms and a combined kitchen living area and wooden floors throughout. Good size decks on the east and north sides of the house with an outdoor setting; a great spot for the family to have a relaxing beach holiday.
Kitchen has all the modern conveniences; Microwave, dishwasher, gas cooking. Laundry; washing machine, dryer.
There is an outside shower to rinse off after being at the beach.
