Description - Two casitas on one property. One is 3 bedroom/2 bathroom and the second one is 2 bedroom/2 bathroom located on the south end of Iguana beach, only about 2-3 minutes walk to the community beachfront pool and restaurant, 4 minute walk to Colorados beach break and 15 minute walk to Panga Drops. Thease brand new casitas has A/C in all rooms, 2 flat screen TV, Dish TV, wireless internet and a generator back up system that powers on in case of a power outage. The two casitas provide the perfect privacy from each other while being close as well. It is great for a large group of up to 10 people but would also be perfect for a couple of a group of 4 (in the 2 bedroom house). Each casita has it's own kitchen and living room and is completely separate from the other.
Sleeping Arrangements- Can sleep up to 6 people in the 3 bedroom casita with 2 twin beds in two of the guests bedroom and a queen size bed in the master bedroom. Can sleep up to 4 people in the 2 bedroom casita with two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen size bed in the master.

All year around: $140/night for 1-2 people, $170/night for 3-4 people
