PRESTIGE 5 is a bright one-bedroom apartment with garden, tastefully furnished in the renowned residential area of Viganello, a few minutes on foot from the Lido of Lugano, from the lake promenade and from the Exhibition Center (exhibition hall) and a few minutes by car or bus from the historic center of the city.
The sun comes in through the large window in the living room, filling the room with light and inviting you to go out into the garden: have breakfast outside or enjoy an aperitif in the summer on the patio furnished with a table for 4 people! The large sofa bed, facing the flat-screen TV, is the ideal corner for watching a movie, and becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). There is a spacious master bedroom with a large mirrored wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living room; on the table for 2 you can taste a good coffee, but by opening it you can comfortably have lunch and dinner! The bathroom is spacious and modern, with a hydromassage bathtub in which to relax in the evening after a day of sightseeing.
Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.
