Designed to sleep up to 8 guests, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms that each have split system heating-cooling.
The Space:
This residence in the charming seaside town of Barwon Heads is in a convenient ‘walk-everywhere’ position. Leave the car at home while you explore the cafés, shopping, dining within 300m. Only 550m to the river, you can hire a kayak or stand-up paddle board on the waterway. Walk an easy 450m stroll with your golf clubs to play at the exclusive Barwon Heads Golf Club, and 750m to surf at 13th Beach.
The well-presented townhouse offers relaxed coastal living for short stays by the beach. The ground floor entrance leads to open plan living and dining, with a modern kitchen that features a brekky bar, electric oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher and pantry. Well-stocked crockery, cutlery and cookware, tea, coffee and some pantry essentials are provided. A servery window opens up to the alfresco area, for easy entertaining and connectedness to the outdoors.
The living area is presented with timber floors, high ceilings and split system heating-cooling (SSAC). Settle in and watch movies (TV with Netflix connectivity). Easy flow to the outdoor area via bifold doors reveals a private courtyard with a BBQ and outdoor furniture, or enjoy meals inside at the lovely dining table. Please Note: At this time the fireplace is not in operation.
Upstairs is a second living room with a chaise lounge and Smart TV (Netflix connectivity) – ideal for the teens and kids. SSAC provides year-round climate comfort.
Hotel quality sheets and towels are provided (BYO beach towels), and all three bedrooms have SSAC units. The master bedroom is appointed with a Queen bed, walk-in robe and ensuite (shower, toilet and vanity). Two additional bedrooms have a Double and Single bed in each. These rooms are serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet, plus another powder room downstairs.

The Barwon River caters to family swimming, fishing, boating, SUPing, kayaking.
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.
Adventure Park is also a great day out with the kids – approx. 10mins drive away.
