Built in 1910, this charming bohemian Henley Beach home has all the charm of the Kerrigan Bonnie Doon family retreat ( well, we think so!)
This stay has all you would ever want or need for your vacation - location, location, location! A perfect location for singles, couples or families.
A stone’s throw from the popular Henley square, Henley beach and a myriad of cafes and restaurants, there will be no shortage of places to go and things to do in this delightful location.
First and foremost, we believe the most charming feature of our home is the relaxed and casual vibe, this is the kind of place where you can stay in and unwind, or head out an about to explore your idyllic surroundings.
In this Bohemian beach setting we have curated a comfortable and quirky mixture of vintage and modern furniture and embellishments and found objects -you will just want to kick your shoes off and soak up the relaxed beach atmosphere.
This location could not be closer to the action, but the maisonette itself is so quiet and serene, so it is really the best of both worlds.
The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size pillow top ensemble bed, vintage cotton sheets, built in robe, ceiling fan, luggage racks and blackout blinds.
The house has central A/C and heating, but the temperature of the house is very temperate due to the age and construction of the home.
And if your laid back and don’t mind sharing your space, we can also accommodate more guests in the lounge room, with two double sofa beds ( please inform us when booking so we can make up beds with linens prior to your arrival)
And we can set up for younger guests too, with booster seats and portable cot, if you let us know upon booking.
Smart TV with all the usual streaming apps, chill out in the retro cane swivel chairs and play retro video games (PACMAN anyone?) loads of board games supplied and a handpicked library of books with plenty of choices for young and old.
The kitchen has everything you will need for your fabulous beach stay, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, juicer, microwave, blender….Whew, that’s just to name a few!
We offer complimentary breakfast basics and snacks, toiletries, sunscreen , towels and beach towels, blankets, WIFI, and a dedicated workspace if you choose to work while on holiday.
There is a washing machine and dryer, and an outdoor clothes line for that fresh beach scent.
We offer one car park, keyless entry ( no need to hide your keys in your shoes when you decide to go for a swim!) an outdoor lounge area and dining table- in addition to an indoor dining area.
Do we have the Egyptian towels and 2000 thread count bed linen?.... “Tell him he’s dreamin!” but seriously, everything is good quality, regularly replaced, and you can feel at home in our comfortable and generous surroundings.
If you’re a young family ( or you’re young at heart) the outdoor area is also stocked with sandcastle supplies, beach chairs, small collapsible tent and an outdoor shower.
A great central location with public transport and close to the airport. We can also recommend a reliable contact if you would like to hire well maintained bikes for your stay (minimum 2 days hire) road bikes and E-bikes
And lastly, our house is your house, and we do ask that you read and respect the Kerrigan house rules as we have neighbours living either side.

We have a master bedroom and can set up sofa beds ( 2 queens size) upon request when booking should you need to have more than 2 guest.
