Blue Dune Loft sits at the ‘top of town’ (which is actually the southern end), atop of a gradual hill that runs the length of the main street of Margaret River town. The townhouse is right in the action yet once you are through the gate the hedges block out the front road and create a little hideaway right in the heart of town.
The space:
The open plan living / dining / kitchen area is the perfect space for 4 guests to sit back and relax with a comfortable couch, smart TV, dining table and kitchen with barstools. The living area opens out onto the north facing verandah area. The kitchen is a cheerful place, fully equipped with electric cooktop, drawer dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine.
Through the living area is an open space with spiral staircase to upstairs. Coming off this area is the two downstairs bedrooms, one with queen bed and one with two singles beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower and vanity basin, next door the laundry has the toilet, a washing machine and clothes dryer with access to outside drying courtyard.
Upstairs you’ll find the spacious main bedroom with queen bed and a second sitting area which has couches, a TV (with Xbox and PS) and a desk with comfortable office chair for those who happen to be working while on holiday. The upstairs seating area is a loft style, overlooking the living room below.
Outside the carport has been set up as an undercover outdoor dining area with BBQ, there is another nice outdoor sitting area with large picnic style table. There is parking for one vehicle in front of the single car garage.
What ever your preferred style of holiday, you’ll feel right at home at Blue Dune Loft. A glass of cold local wine out on the verandah, curled up on the couch in front of a good movie or an evening BBQ after a day out exploring the region - Blue Dune Loft is a haven to relax and unwind in, right in the centre of Margaret River! Just 10mins drive to the beach and a number of world class wineries, 2mins walk to Morries bar for tapas & cocktails and 5mins walk to the famous Margaret River Farmers Market on a Saturday. For some guests, there will be no reason to get back in your car once you arrive.
