The space
Just over an hour from Adelaide, Birdie's Seaclusion lets you escape the hustle and bustle for a relaxing coastal getaway. Sandy beaches, golf courses, wineries, scuba and snorkelling are just to name a few of what the Fleurieu has to offer.
Birdie's Seaclusion is a newly built home featuring:
- 3 bedrooms including beds to sleep 6 with an additional 2 single foam mattresses to accomodate 8 guests

CLEANING:
We ask that the property is left the way it was on arrival. Dishes cleaned & put away. Rubbish put in outside bins.
ATTRACTIONS:
- Only a 30 minute drive to Victor Harbor and Granite Island
- Stop here before catching the Ferry to Kangaroo Island
- Take a drive out to the famous Mclaren Vale Wine Region
- Scuba down and see the Leafy Sea Dragons at Rapid Bay
- Visit Deep Creek National Park
Guest access
You will be welcomed by us at the property and receive the keys for your stay. The home has two areas that are not accessible including the garage and one room, these are locked for your stay.
Other things to note
This home is close to permanent residents our neighbourhood is a quiet relaxed area which means STRICTLY NO LARGE GROUPS OR PARTIES PERMITTED.
Please note during "Schoolies" we do not accept school leavers.
