Upstairs, you will find the spacious master bedroom with en-suite, a second spacious queen-size room, a study/office with two trundle beds for extra guests, a central powder room and an elevated circular spa. The main living and kitchen areas are also located upstairs. The living areas have substantial double-glazed windows to appreciate the stunning uninterrupted bay views. The spacious kitchen with stone benchtops and a butler's pantry also allows the family's chef to enjoy the spectacular views—a gas-operated pizza oven.
Downstairs, there are a further two queen-sized bedrooms with a central bathroom. The house has ducted refrigerated cooling and ducted heating, making it comfortable all year round.
The gas-heated indoor swimming pool has big glass doors opening to a magnificent outdoor area with breathtaking views. Enjoy swimming all year round.
Please note that this property has a curvy driveway, but it has recently been resurfaced, making it effortless to drive on.
