Positive: Location ok. Size of apartment ok.

Negative: Found key okay and drove into underground carpark. Lift not working and had not been working for weeks and wasn't fixed while I stayed there. Apartment overall smell of mould upon entering and for duration of stay. The apartment had mould growing on the skirting boards and up the wall in the living room. Mould in both bathrooms around the sink particularly and in the shower area. Beautiful bathtub installed but the plug was the incorrect size. Kitchen tap came off, kitchen jug was broken.No dustpan and broom, no cleaning products even minimal except one can of insect spray. Several cockroaches particularly at night. Carpets and lounge room rug in desperate need of a clean, living room furniture also. Ktchen chairs all broken or in need of repair, coffee tables also, with cigarette burns on them. Generally disappointing. Could be a beautiful unit but needs a good thorough clean and replacement furniture. The picture on booking.com is deceptive. I did not receive my deposit back from the keys. I paid a lot of money to stay in what I thought was going to be a comfortable stay but it was not.
